Eligibility for Admission

As prescribed by Anna University. Candidates should have appeared in the TNPCEE / AIEEE
or any other entrance examination conducted by recognized bodies or association or as per the Revised Regulations of Government of Tamilnadu

Candidates should have obtained the minimum marks as prescribed by Anna University to be eligible for admission

For H.Sc academic, vocational and diploma holders the minimum average marks in mathematics, Physics and Chemistry should be

OC-55%          BC-50%             MBC-45%

The Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination in not more than 2 appearance and in case of improvement examination only the first improvement will be considered.

For candidates should have passed the qualifying examinations in not more than 3 appearances will be sufficient. In case of improvement examination results only the first improvement will be considered.

Candidates belongings to SC/ST from other than Tamilnadu will be considered as OC only.

The age limit for all candidates other than SC / ST will be 21 years. For Diploma Holders and
SC / ST candidates there is no age limit.
